Walibi Holland, one of the leading amusement parks in the Netherlands, is setting new standards this Halloween season. The park has introduced a brand-new horror zone, inhabited by some of the most iconic monsters of horror literature. The Ghostly Graveyard promises not only chills but also a captivating journey into the world of myths and legends.
A Horrifying Walk Through History
In the newly introduced zone, the Ghostly Graveyard, visitors can experience a reunion with some of the most infamous creatures of horror history. From blood-thirsty vampires and mindless zombies to mystical mummies and terrifying werewolves – the zone promises a heart-stopping adventure.But that's not all. While wandering through, visitors also encounter talking gravediggers, sharing tales from times long past. However, the most impressive of all characters is undoubtedly the Grim Reaper, who strides through the cemetery with his imposing scythe.
The Ghostly Graveyard: A Cemetery Like No Other
This unique cemetery, located in the Wilderness area, stretches from the thrilling Blast ride all the way to the high-speed rollercoaster, Untamed. The carefully chosen decorations, made up of grave crosses, tombstones, and even an animal graveyard, contribute to its eerie atmosphere.Upon closer inspection, observant visitors will discover more. Some graves bear the names of well-known Walibi employees, a tribute to those working behind the scenes of the park. Among them are names like Mascha Taminiau, Bianca Leemrijse, and Scott Bravenboer.
