Next-Generation Interactive Wands with Enhanced Features
The second-generation interactive wands introduce a groundbreaking level of magic. For the first time, spells will not only be visually stunning but also provide customized vibrations and light effects, allowing guests to feel the magic in their hands. Each wand comes in a specially marked package, including a wizarding map detailing all interactive spell-casting locations. When linked with the Universal Play App, these wands unlock an even deeper level of personalized magic.Universal Play: A Personalized Wizarding Experience
The Universal Play App will be a key element in making magic even more immersive. Guests can create their own wizarding identity, choosing their wizard name, Hogwarts house, avatar, and Patronus. Additionally, exclusive challenges will be available, allowing guests to level up their magical abilities and unlock new effects. Another exciting feature is House Points, where visitors earn points for their Hogwarts house by successfully casting spells. With five new interactive spell locations, the total number of magical sites in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter will increase to 30. In Hogsmeade, guests can challenge their spell-casting skills at the Dueling Club Tent, where a bewitched training dummy comes to life in response to their magic. At The Owl Post, visitors must act quickly to stop mischievous Boggarts darting between packages. Diagon Alley introduces three thrilling new spell locations. On The Staircase in Knockturn Alley, a Dementor unexpectedly appears, requiring guests to use a Patronus Charm for protection. Ariadne’s Spider Web challenges visitors to fend off enchanted spiders before they overtake a window. Additionally, guests can influence the weather above Knockturn Alley, summoning a raging storm or calming it with a counter-spell.All existing spell locations will also receive new special effects, making interactions even more dynamic. Magical spell books will now be available at select locations to help guests cast spells with greater precision.
A New Era of Magic in Universal Epic Universe: Ministry of Magic
As part of the highly anticipated Universal Epic Universe, set to open in 2025, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic will introduce 14 additional spell locations.
