Universal Epic Universe Preview Starts April 17, 2025

Starting April 17, 2025, Universal Epic Universe, the latest addition to Universal Orlando Resort, will open its gates for an exclusive guest preview—more than a month before its official launch on May 22, 2025. Selected visitors will get the chance to explore this highly anticipated theme park ahead of the general public.

Preview Tickets Available for Select Groups

As of April 7, 2025, annual and seasonal passholders, 2025 Military Freedom Pass holders, Universal Rewards Signature VISA Card members, and guests staying at Universal Orlando Hotels can purchase preview tickets for Universal Epic Universe. In the coming weeks, Universal Orlando will extend this opportunity to additional groups. During the preview period from April 17 to May 21, 2025, the availability of experiences within the park may vary as final preparations are completed for the grand opening on May 22, 2025. Even so, guests will enjoy an unforgettable experience, being among the first to discover this groundbreaking theme park and earning ultimate bragging rights in the process.

Five Unique Worlds Await Visitors

Universal Epic Universe will deliver thrills and entertainment at the highest level. The park features five imaginative worlds: Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe. Visitors can look forward to stunning attractions, breathtaking shows, delicious dining options, and intricately themed shopping experiences. Regarded as one of the most immersive and advanced theme parks ever created, it promises a top-tier adventure for all.

Universal Helios Grand Hotel Now Accepting Reservations

The Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel, is now accepting reservations for arrivals starting April 16, 2025. Located right next to Universal Epic Universe, this Mediterranean-inspired hotel with 500 rooms blends immersion with relaxation. Guests can enjoy dining at Flora Taverna, Aurora Market, and Lotus Lagoon, as well as a resort-style zero-entry pool complete with a hot tub and comfortable cabanas. Additional amenities include a fitness center, a game room, and a Universal Studios Store offering popular merchandise. At the top-floor Bar Helios, visitors can savor food and drinks while taking in a breathtaking view of the theme park. Bookings are available through the official website.

Exclusive Perks for Hotel Guests

Guests at the Helios Grand Hotel will benefit from a dedicated entrance to Universal Epic Universe, accessible directly from the hotel lobby, provided they have a valid theme park ticket. They’ll also enjoy perks like Early Park Admission—extending to Epic Universe starting May 23, 2025—allowing entry up to an hour before the park opens, with a valid ticket required. Complimentary shuttle service to the theme parks and Universal CityWalk, along with other conveniences, enhances the stay, making it a standout experience for visitors to the new park.
