With seven breathtaking horror attractions and over 150 terrifying performers, the “Traumatica – Festival of Fear” returns to Europa-Park. From September 25 to November 9, 2024, visitors will be immersed in a post-apocalyptic world filled with monsters and dark figures. The internationally acclaimed horror event promises another experience that will make your blood run cold.

The Horror Attractions of “Traumatica – Festival of Fear”

At the heart of the festival are seven shocking horror attractions, each with its own chilling story. One of these attractions, “Cinema Macabre - RISE OF ELEANOR,” takes visitors into a world of terror where Eleanor, a merciless creature of the Shadows, reigns supreme. Her insatiable hunger for adrenaline drives her to terrify her victims, harvesting their blood for her masters. The dark atmosphere of this setting guarantees an adrenaline rush without mercy.

Another attraction, the “Murderdome,” presents a deadly show orchestrated by the gang “The Wasted” in an arena of ashes. With cannon fire and clashing metal sounds, the untamed punks offer a spectacle that leaves nothing to be desired—except perhaps the chance of survival.

In “Unknown - OUTBREAK,” a deadly virus spreads on a spaceship as aliens seize control. The brave visitors who join the mission must distribute the antidote in time to save the ship. This experience tests the participants' nerves and provides an unforgettable adrenaline rush.

The “Tarot House - HELLS GATE” is dominated by dark powers and demonic forces. Since Madame Monroe opened a gate to hell, Traumatica and the underworld have merged into a place where no one is safe. Anyone who enters the Tarot House is engulfed by the dangers lurking within.

A menacing atmosphere also pervades “The Hill,” an abandoned area where an unknown creature preys. This creature kidnaps children, leaving terrified parents behind. What exactly dwells there remains a mystery, challenging the courage of all who dare to visit.

At “Studio 13,” reality and fiction blur as visitors participate in a casting for “Traumatica Pictures.” During a tour of the film studio, they witness how monsters are created, but not everything goes according to plan. This experience pushes participants to the edge of fantasy and reality.

In “Grim’s Funhouse - FREAK SHOW,” Grim has assembled a group of freaks to frighten guests in the funhouse. This freak show captivates visitors as Grim and his gang deliver a macabre performance that leaves no one untouched.

Additional Attractions and Experiences

In addition to the scare attractions, visitors this year can also use the VideoBooth@SCARECAP to capture their terrifying moments and share them instantly on social media. The popular attractions Pegasus, Matterhornblitz, and Fluch der Kassandra VR also remain open, and exclusively at Traumatica, there is an immersive VR experience on the illusion swing.

Shows and Exclusive Experiences

The spectacular Traumatica Ice Show “TRUTH OR DARE” takes place daily at 9:00 PM and 10:30 PM. In addition to Bela Klentze, known from “Stairway To Violet,” acrobats Artem Lyubanevych and Oleg Shakirov, as well as ice skater Astatine, will perform.

Another highlight is the new VR Ride “Brain Shocker” in the Traumzeit Dome, offering an immersive journey through a mysterious asylum. The show is available in German, English, and French, and tickets will soon be available for purchase.

For those seeking a more exclusive experience, the Mystery Experience Eden Manor offers avant-garde, immersive entertainment in a private setting on select days. The VIP Experience FEAR Inc includes unlimited access to the scare attractions, meals, drinks, and a reserved seat at the ice show.
