With the introduction of digital wait time boards and extensive updates to the Toverland app, the amusement park Toverland is focusing on a modern and user-friendly guest experience. These new technologies are aimed at making visitors' time at the park even more enjoyable and efficient.

Digital Wait Time Boards for Greater Transparency

Toverland recently installed its first digital wait time board in Port Laguna, near the park entrance. This board not only provides guests with an overview of the current wait times for all attractions but also displays the distance to each ride. Additionally, the board is equipped with a map to help visitors navigate the park. Designed in the typical style of the themed area, it blends seamlessly into the environment, creating a cohesive look. Another board is planned for later this season and will be placed near the Vallerlei souvenir shop in the Magisch Vallei.

Improved Toverland App for a Barrier-Free Experience

In addition to the wait time boards, Toverland has also enhanced its mobile app to offer users an optimized experience. The app has been made more user-friendly and includes new features. One notable addition is the “Stairs and Slopes” option, which displays color-coded routes (red, orange, and green) specifically designed for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. Furthermore, the list view for attractions and dining options has been improved, making it easier and faster for users to find the information they need. To benefit from these and future improvements, users are encouraged to update their app regularly.

More Digital Innovations: Pickup Screens and Order Terminals

The digitalization efforts at Toverland extend to the park's dining services as well. The indoor food court Waldstube in Wunderwald has been equipped with new order terminals, streamlining the ordering process. Pickup numbers are now displayed on screens, replacing the previous pager system and making the process more efficient. Additionally, at the Hungry Harry take-away station in Avalon, traditional menu boards have been replaced with digital screens, allowing for a more engaging and flexible presentation of menus.

Flexibility for Subscribers: Monthly Payments Starting in 2024

Toverland is now offering its loyal guests a new, convenient option: monthly payments for the Magic Membership subscription. After an initial 12-month term, subscribers can switch to this payment method. In addition to this new flexibility, Magic Members continue to enjoy benefits such as discounts on food and drinks, as well as at partner parks.

With these digital innovations, Toverland once again demonstrates its commitment to enhancing the guest experience and ensuring that visitors have the most enjoyable time possible.
