This year, Toverland theme park once again offers an unforgettable Halloween experience for guests of all ages. With a newly designed parade, over 150 scare actors, and five haunted experiences, the Halloween Nights transform Toverland into a place of fright. Meanwhile, Halloween Days provide family-friendly attractions that ensure plenty of fun.

Spooky Fun at the Halloween Nights

The Halloween Nights at Toverland promise an intense horror experience for those brave enough to face it. On 13 evenings between October 5th and November 9th, 2024, over 150 scare actors roam the park, scaring guests in five scare zones. In addition to these eerie zones, visitors can also experience five haunted experiences—from mysterious mine shafts to an enchanted forest. The new parade that kicks off the Halloween Nights features an elaborate procession with striking vehicles and fascinating spectacles. Each night ends with a magical highlight: a spectacular fireworks display at 10:45 PM.

Scare Zones and Haunted Experiences

During the Halloween Nights, visitors can explore five different scare zones. Each zone has its own theme and is designed to spread terror. For particularly brave guests, Toverland also offers five haunted experiences, each with a unique theme, including “Now You're Mine” in mysterious mine shafts, “Maison de la Magie,” and “The Witches Forest.” Some of these experiences are even accessible to guests in wheelchairs. The All-in Fear Pass, available for €54.50, allows visitors to experience all haunted experiences without waiting in line and offers additional perks like access to an exclusive terrace during the opening parade. The pass also includes a special pin and a unique lanyard.

A New Parade as a Highlight

The Halloween Nights begin with an elaborate parade that sets the tone for the frightful moments ahead. The procession starts with a staged break-in into the vault, after which the villains take over Toverland. The parade includes several themed floats and is accompanied by distinctive vehicles. Visitors are advised to secure a spot early to get the best views.

Family-Friendly Halloween Days

The Halloween Days are aimed at younger guests and families. On 22 days, from October through November, Toverland offers family-friendly experiences from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Two exciting family shows and four special Halloween experiences provide fun without being too scary. Visitors can wander through the “Tovertuin,” featuring 40,000 pumpkins and towering pumpkin creations, or enjoy their favorite attractions in an autumnal setting. Families can also visit the Halloween shop, which offers spooky souvenirs and accessories.

Pumpkin Farm in the Tovertuin

The “Tovertuin” in the Land of Toos has been transformed into an impressive pumpkin farm. Here, visitors can wander along woodchip paths and marvel at 40,000 pumpkins and towering pumpkin creations. A particular highlight is the giant pumpkin wizard hat. These special pumpkin creations can also be found throughout the park, and exclusive pumpkin specialties are available to take away at “Bosterras.”

Culinary Highlights and Additional Offerings

Toverland also offers special Halloween culinary experiences. At the pumpkin farm in the Tovertuin, visitors can wander among 40,000 pumpkins and towering creations while enjoying exclusive pumpkin specialties at “Bosterras.” In the “Cirque” area, there are also rides, as well as food and beverages available from 2:00 PM. Costumes and Halloween makeup are allowed for children up to 12 years old to avoid confusion with actors. Guests can also look forward to the various Halloween snacks offered throughout the park.

Practical Information

The Halloween Nights take place on selected evenings in October and November, from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The Toverland voucher grants free admission, and no reservation is required. The Halloween Days are family-friendly events aimed at guests up to 12 years old. The attractions are open throughout the events, allowing visitors to fully experience Toverland in its Halloween glory. The Halloween Nights conclude with a magical fireworks show at 10:45 PM. For thrill-seekers, the All-in Fear Pass provides access to all haunted experiences and serves as a special collector's item.
