Tønnevirvel Shines with New Indoor Design

The reopening of Tønnevirvel marks a significant milestone in Rulantica’s development. Designed exclusively for the water world by MACK Rides, the attraction combines modern design with a unique ride experience. Its new roof structure shields guests from cold weather, making it accessible year-round. The decagonal building, with a diameter of 28 meters, is not only functional but also seamlessly integrates with Rulantica’s architectural aesthetic. With its generous entrance, Tønnevirvel connects directly to the main hall of Rulantica. While the winter season offers cozy, warm temperatures, transparent roof panels and foldable glass walls create a refreshing outdoor vibe during the summer months.

A Detailed Look at the Tønnevirvel Experience

Tønnevirvel offers interactive fun with nine round boats, each accommodating up to six passengers. The boats move across the water while rotating on their axis and three underwater platforms. This dual motion creates a thrilling and dynamic ride experience. Adding to the excitement, oversized water cannons allow passengers to engage in spirited water battles, making the attraction a standout highlight for all ages.

Special Festive Atmosphere During the Pre-Christmas Season
