From September 19 to 29, 2024, the sauna area Hyggedal in Rulantica transforms into a center of Nordic relaxation. The Scandinavian Sauna Week offers a diverse program with themed infusions, scrubs, and special treatments that elevate the wellness experience to a new level. This special event is exclusively for guests aged 18 and over and promises a unique combination of relaxation, wellness, and a Scandinavian atmosphere.

Hyggedal, Rulantica’s exclusive relaxation and sauna area, becomes the stage for a broad range of soothing infusions during the Scandinavian Sauna Week. In the impressive STOR sauna, which captivates with its Nordic ambiance, guests can enjoy multiple themed infusions throughout the day. The program begins at 12:00 p.m. with the Freya Infusion, known for its mild aromas, offering a gentle start to the day. In the afternoon, at 2:00 p.m., the Lapland Infusion awaits sauna-goers, delivering intense heat and robust fragrances, appealing especially to experienced sauna enthusiasts. The highlight of the day is the Wodan Infusion at 6:00 p.m., featuring powerful, earthy notes that provide deep relaxation while also offering a refreshing intensity.

At 11:00 a.m., guests can choose between a mild tea or coffee infusion, whose gentle aromas are ideal for starting a relaxing day in the sauna. A particular highlight is the beer infusion, held at 1:00 p.m. and again at 5:00 p.m. Here, beer is enjoyed as a drink and vaporized, creating a unique scent that awakens the senses while evoking warmth and comfort. In the afternoon, the Viking Infusion sets a special mood, combining powerful aromas with intense heat, reminiscent of Nordic mythology and the Vikings' deep connection to nature.

In addition to the infusions, the Scandinavian Sauna Week offers various scrubs and treatments that turn a visit to Rulantica into a comprehensive wellness experience. In DAMP HUSET, the area for scrubs and treatments, guests can enjoy an extensive program ranging from refreshing salt scrubs to soothing sugar scrubs and luxurious honey treatments. The day begins at 11:30 a.m. with a salt scrub, which gently removes dead skin cells, leaving the skin refreshed and smooth. This treatment is offered several times a day, providing guests with the opportunity to care for and revitalize their skin between sauna sessions. In the afternoon, at 5:30 p.m., guests can enjoy the White Chocolate Face Mask, which pampers the skin with luxurious ingredients while spreading the sweet aroma of chocolate. The perfect conclusion to a relaxing day is the Mother Nature Face Mask at 8:30 p.m., using natural ingredients to soothe and regenerate the skin.
Outdoor Experiences at Rulantica Until the End of September
Even in late summer, Rulantica offers a wide range of outdoor experiences. Popular outdoor areas, including the spectacular water slide world Svalgurok and the children's water playground Snorri Strand, remain open until the end of September.
