More than 65,000 participants cast their votes in the public poll by the renowned industry magazine Parkscout, crowning Phantasialand as Germany’s best theme park. The park secured an impressive 17 top placements, outshining all other theme parks. This recognition highlights how the family-run business in Brühl creates experiences that resonate deeply—places where hearts beat faster, eyes sparkle with wonder, and laughter captures unforgettable moments.
Experiences That Set Standards
The Multi-Launch-Coaster Taron claimed the title of Germany’s best roller coaster for the eighth consecutive time, while the flying coaster F.L.Y. took third place. The water ride Chiapas has held the top spot for eight years, with River Quest following in second. The Bungee Drop-Tower Mystery Castle and the Suspended Top Spin Talocan were named the best thrill attractions, with Mystery Castle in first and Talocan in second. The ice-skating show “Rock on Ice” excelled as the best summer show, while the daily “Magic Symphony” during Wintertraum earned the title of Germany’s best show, followed by “Rock on Ice” in second. Phantasialand’s in-house gastronomy also shines, once again topping the list of German theme park dining options, proving that enjoyment and immersive experiences go hand in hand.
Ready for New Adventures
Phantasialand will welcome guests again starting April 5, 2025. The main season runs continuously until November 14, 2025, with daily hours from 9:00 AM to at least 6:00 PM. From November 15, 2025, to January 25, 2026, the Phantasialand Wintertraum takes over, open daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Visitors can look forward to thrilling rides, captivating shows, and culinary delights that transport both young and old into fantastical worlds—a commitment the park upholds with its relentless pursuit of immersive experiences.
Wintertraum and Events in the Spotlight
The Phantasialand Wintertraum won two awards: it’s Germany’s best event, and “Magic Symphony” was honored as the top show. The family coaster Colorado Adventure secured second place in its category, while the themed ride Maus au Chocolat ranked third. The new attraction Avoras also impressed, landing in second place. The park’s hotels stood out too: Hotel Charles Lindbergh took second, and Hotel Ling Bao claimed third among the best themed hotels.
