NOW BOOKABLE AGAIN: Brunch Returns to Phantasialand!

Phantasialand offers a reason to celebrate Sundays once more: the popular Sunday brunches are back! Starting now, guests can choose between exotic culinary journeys—African flavors or Asian specialties. Each experience includes entry to Phantasialand for an unforgettable day.

Asia-Brunch – A Far Eastern Tasting Journey with Live Cooking

Every Sunday from 12:00 to 15:00, the Restaurant Bamboo in Hotel Ling Bao transforms into an Asian food market. Beneath colorful Tibetan flags, guests embark on a tasting journey through Asia, where the lively market center sizzles, steams, and cooks. Chefs prepare dishes live at the wok and Teppanyaki grill, serving up delicious dim sum and hearty, spicy Thai curry. Kids enjoy their own favorite dishes at eye level and can explore the nearby playroom afterward. The price includes Phantasialand entry and a beverage selection featuring coffee creations like cappuccino, latte macchiato, milk coffee, espresso, and regular coffee, plus tea, cocoa, and soft drinks. Adults and teens aged 12 and up pay 59.00 €, children aged 4 to 11 pay 41.00 €, and kids up to 3 years old are warmly invited to join for free.

Jamboree – African Barbecue Bursting with Joy

The Restaurant Zambesi welcomes guests to the Jamboree, an African Sunday brunch that brings the continent’s vibrant spirit to life. To the captivating rhythm of drums, visitors savor an African barbecue where the grill crackles and aromatic stew simmers in clay tajines. Exotic meats from the south roast over the fire, paired with northern spices in exotic salads and honey-sweet desserts that invite tasting. Guests experience all of Africa, celebrating with loved ones and a dash of Chakalaka. Children discover their own treats behind a woven archway and can explore the nearby Savannengang or enjoy Watoto kids’ fun afterward. The package includes Phantasialand entry and drinks like coffee creations—cappuccino, latte macchiato, milk coffee, espresso, and coffee—along with tea, cocoa, and soft drinks. Pricing is 59.00 € for adults and teens aged 12 and up, 41.00 € for kids aged 4 to 11, and free for children under 4.

ZURI:TABLE – African Culinary Art in Three Courses

At Restaurant Bantu, the ZURI:TABLE delivers a standout 3-course brunch experience that redefines brunch with a blend of exotic flair and modern style. Guests sit down to an unmatched journey, steeped in the warm spirit of African hospitality, sharing lavish platters that delight the soul, heart, eyes, and palate. The first course features bagels with smoked avocado, wild herbs, cream cheese, cucumber, and egg, or with Nürnberger sausages, Anapurna cream, za’atar onions, and tomatoes. Brioche rolls come with butter and apricot-tonka bean jam, rolled crêpes with ostrich salami, cucumber, curry sour cream, and roasted onions, and buttermilk waffles with tandoori crispy chicken, mustard-herb sauce, maple syrup, and cucumber. Bowl options include homemade granola with yogurt, pomegranate, and vanilla, a spirulina smoothie bowl with berries, chia seeds, coconut chips, and peanut butter, plus a chocolate smoothie bowl with granola, bananas, white chocolate, and banana chips. The second course offers pulled ostrich on caramelized brioche with Kalahari salt, grilled pumpkin with chili and garlic, sweet potatoes with maple syrup and sesame, braised onions with red wine and pepper, and South African Chakalaka with onions and curry. Charcoal grill specialties include sous-vide bison with African spice, beef sirloin with Berbere, and spicy chanterelles with herbs and sea salt, served with orange-chili sambal, apricot chutney, and tomato marmalade. The third course concludes with Amarula cakes with whole milk chocolate and rose petals, rice pudding crème brûlée with cinnamon and sugar topped with fresh fruit, chocolate cakes with passion fruit and white chocolate, and South African puff puffs with cinnamon and sugar. A sparkling aperitif—either Crémant or a non-alcoholic option—welcomes guests, complemented by a beverage selection of coffee, tea, cocoa, fruit juices, and soft drinks. The price is 69.00 € per person.
