Starting today, March 6, 2025, Parc Astérix launches its search for new technical talents to drive its development. The popular French theme park offers positions for maintenance technicians, electromechanics experts, and more. On March 11, an Educ’Tour at Quais de Lutèce will give students a firsthand look at these exciting careers.

Parc Astérix is hiring for its technical teams effective immediately. Available roles include maintenance technicians for attractions and hydraulics, electromechanics specialists, and hotel maintenance staff. These positions come with permanent (CDI) and fixed-term (CDD) contracts. Looking ahead to September 2025, the park plans to recruit additional staff across its technical and construction departments, including painters, masons, carpenters, infrastructure officers, and signage specialists. Educ’Tour: Discover Technical Careers Up Close

On March 11, 2025, the Educ’Tour of technical professions will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Quais de Lutèce. The event targets students from schools specializing in industrial maintenance, construction training, and various technical programs. Participants will meet the park’s technical teams, attend demonstrations, and join immersive workshops. Two guided tours will highlight career diversity: one focuses on construction and signage trades, covering painting and infrastructure, while the other explores attraction maintenance. With 53 representatives and 21 schools—from CAP certifications to engineering degrees—the event offers young people tangible insights into careers in maintenance and construction.

Unique Jobs with Comprehensive Training

Working in the technical department at Parc Astérix goes beyond standard maintenance tasks. Each attraction presents distinct technical challenges where innovation plays a key role. New hires, even those without prior experience, receive a year of training. Philippe Bouillart, Technical Director, states: “For one year, we train our new employees, even without previous experience. We provide a program with diverse training in hydraulic mechanics, diving, and drone maintenance to build their skills and open real advancement opportunities.” Versatility and teamwork define the park’s working environment, making it a standout workplace.
