Parc Astérix, one of France's leading theme parks, has launched its recruitment campaign for the 2025 season. With over 2,500 job openings, the park provides diverse career opportunities, ranging from entry-level positions to specialized roles. The campaign highlights innovative training programs and a strengthened focus on inclusion, aiming to attract and support a wide range of candidates.

A Broad Range of Job Opportunities at Parc Astérix

For the 2025 season, Parc Astérix is offering over 2,500 new positions across various sectors. Roles are available in hospitality, gastronomy, guest services, retail, administration, technical services, maintenance, and entertainment. The park is also hiring in specialized areas such as customer service, human resources, and finance, alongside operational roles essential to enhancing the visitor experience.

These job openings cater to a wide audience, including those seeking entry-level experience, seasoned professionals, and individuals looking to transition into new careers. Seasonal workers benefit from professional development opportunities and are given priority for rehiring in subsequent seasons, reinforcing the park’s commitment to building long-term relationships with its staff.

Focus on Training and Professional Development

A cornerstone of Parc Astérix’s 2025 recruitment strategy is its comprehensive training programs. Among these, the "Préparations Opérationnelles à l’Emploi Collectives" (POEC) program stands out, offering targeted training in sales, gastronomy, guest services, and administration.

A newly introduced role, the "Assistant Manager des Warenuniversums" (Assistant Manager of the Merchandise Universe), is designed to prepare employees for leadership positions within the park’s retail operations. This addition underscores the park’s dedication to fostering internal growth and career advancement.

In hospitality, a partnership with the prestigious brand Fauchon further enhances training opportunities. This collaboration ensures that team members can refine their skills to meet the high service standards expected at Parc Astérix.

David Merafina, Head of Human Resources, emphasized that the park remains committed to attracting and nurturing talent that embodies the unique spirit of Parc Astérix. This mission includes not only professional training but also the personal growth of all employees.

Innovative Recruitment Events

Parc Astérix is modernizing its recruitment process by replacing its traditional job fair with the new "Rendez-vous des Métiers" format. This event, scheduled for February 1, 2025, at Hôtel La Cité Suspendue, is tailored for candidates available for the entire season. A second event, aimed at students, will take place after the park opens for the season in April.

On March 11, 2025, the park will host an Eductour for technical professions, giving invited schools the chance to explore the park’s technical facilities. During the operating season, Parc Astérix will also organize regular job-dating sessions, with details published on the park’s recruitment website shortly before each event.

Commitment to Inclusion and Social Responsibility

Parc Astérix remains steadfast in its commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment. A partnership with Agefiph, launched in 2024, has been expanded to promote the employment of individuals with disabilities.

Additionally, the park continues to support programs aimed at integrating young people and career changers into the workforce. Seasonal employees receive extensive training and ongoing support, enabling them to grow professionally within the park. These initiatives aim to ensure not only a memorable experience for visitors but also meaningful career development for staff members.

Vision and Dedication

Through its extensive 2025 recruitment campaign, Parc Astérix demonstrates its role as more than just a theme park. By combining innovative training programs, diverse job opportunities, and a strong commitment to inclusion, the park solidifies its position as a pioneer in the theme park industry and a top employer in the region.
