Excitement for Halloween is building, and Parc Astérix promises a true fright fest for the 16th edition of “Peur sur le Parc Astérix.” From October 5 to November 11, 2024, the park will transform into a dark world filled with scares and thrills, offering visitors new attractions and exciting shows.
New Attractions and Shows for Halloween Fans
The undisputed highlight of this year's event is the brand-new haunted house, Les Enfers de Pompéi. This attraction takes guests to the ancient city of Pompeii, where they will face volcanic infernos and terrifying gladiators. Whether visitors dare to enter the fiery ruins of Pompeii is up to them, but heart-pounding thrills are guaranteed.
Equally impressive is the Inferno fire and percussion show, which combines spectacular effects with music and flames. The iconic Oziris attraction will also be illuminated by an electrifying light and sound show, creating a stunning visual experience.
More Chilling Attractions
In addition to the new highlights, the show La Malédiction du Sirius will send shivers down your spine. Replacing the previous show, Main Basse sur le Joconde, this eerie story follows a cursed ship that has docked at Parc Astérix. The ship's sinister passengers are on the hunt for new victims, ensuring a spine-tingling experience for all who dare to board.
Culinary Adventures at the “Buffet de l'Horreur”
For those looking to satisfy their hunger, the Buffet de l'Horreur will provide a unique culinary experience inside a circus-themed restaurant. Guests can indulge in unusual dishes such as caramelized grasshoppers and wild boar sausages. The event’s host, a vengeful former circus performer, and his sinister troupe will create a haunting atmosphere for diners.
Exclusive Evening Events
The popular evening events of “Peur sur le Parc Astérix” are back again this year. From 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM, visitors will enjoy an exclusive mix of shows and horror attractions. Tickets for these nighttime events are already available online for a fixed price of €49.
