On April 4, 2025, Movie Park Germany will kick off its new season, bringing the world of film to life. Germany’s largest film and theme park promises a diverse lineup: an revamped Stunt Show, a reimagined Magic Show, and cinematic events await visitors. After a brief winter break, the park will once again become a hub of entertainment and adventure.
Season Kickoff with a Fresh Stunt Show
The season will start with the new Movie Park Germany Stunt Team taking over Studio 6. The revamped show features a fresh storyline alongside thrilling car and biker stunts. With experience from parks like Parque Warner in Spain and Mirabilandia in Italy, the team guarantees captivating action. “Our goal is to create a day like in the movies for the whole family,” says Managing Director Thorsten Backhaus. Entertainment takes center stage to highlight the park’s film-inspired character and American identity.
“Magic Impossible”: A Magical Summer
From July 7 to August 31, 2025, Studio 7 will transform into a stage for cinematic magic. Award-winning illusionist Christian Farla will present his new show “Magic Impossible,” featuring spectacular large-scale illusions. Standout acts include “The Showgirl Box” from Las Vegas, “The Scorpion,” and the world’s largest illusion, “Drill of Death.” The Magic Show will enchant visitors throughout the summer.
Halloween Thrills and Christmas Glow
From September 27 to November 9, 2025, the Halloween Horror Festival will unleash over 280 monsters, casting dark shadows over the park for thrill-seeking horror fans. Later, starting in late November, “Hollywood Christmas” will light up Movie Park Germany with over 800,000 lights. Spanning more than 20 event days in its third year, the event will offer shows and entertainment inspired by American Christmas films, closing the year on a festive note.
Cinematic Special Events
In 2025, Movie Park Germany will host a series of special events. Over Pentecost weekend, international and national athletes will compete for titles, trophies, and qualifications at the ELITE Cheerleading Championship. The week prior, the ELITE Stunt & Dance Championship will provide extra time for exciting competitions and individual disciplines. The Camera Day will return after two successful years, allowing theme park fans, content creators, and photographers to capture the park’s sets exclusively on a closing day. The US-Car-Show and “Spotlight – Dein Auto im Rampenlicht” will add authentic American flair to the lineup.
Entertainment at the Hollywood Set
The Movie Park Entertainment Crew will keep guests engaged with a refreshed Saloon Show and a new performance in Van Helsing’s Club, which builds on last year’s successful Christmas show as a dedicated venue. On the New York Plaza stage, a singing show will blend classic musical numbers, pop hits, and Western elements to delight visitors. Plans to revamp the “The Lost Temple” simulator with a new storyline will be postponed to refocus on strategic priorities for future attractions, emphasizing infrastructure improvements and guest experience enhancements.
New Family Ticket Options
Starting in 2025, Movie Park Germany will offer two family ticket packages: one for two adults and three children from 134.90 euros, or one adult and three children from 99.90 euros. Available through the webshop for specific dates, the best prices apply with at least six days’ advance booking. The packages welcome all combinations—parents, uncles, aunts, grandparents, or friends—making it easy for families to enjoy a cinematic adventure together.
