LEGOLAND® Billund has launched an ambitious recruitment campaign for the 2025 season, aiming to hire 700 new seasonal employees. With the introduction of a new events department and the innovative "Multiskilling" concept, the park emphasizes diversity, flexibility, and opportunities for growth. Interested candidates can explore the job opportunities in detail at Denmark’s largest job fair on January 25th.

Job Fair in Billund: The First Step into the 2025 Season

On Saturday, January 25, 2025, the Billund Idrætscenter will host Denmark’s largest job fair for seasonal and leisure jobs. Organized by LEGOLAND® in collaboration with partners such as Lalandia, LEGO® House, WOW PARK, and the Airport Hotel Billund, the event will run from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

The fair provides an excellent opportunity for prospective applicants to learn about the diverse roles available for the upcoming season and engage directly with recruiters. LEGOLAND will present positions not only in traditional areas like food service and ride operations but also in its newly established events department, offering unique opportunities for creativity and involvement.

A Variety of Roles Await at LEGOLAND

With a total of 1,500 seasonal positions, including 700 new hires for 2025, LEGOLAND® Billund is one of the largest employers in Denmark’s leisure industry. The available positions cover a wide range of tasks, from customer service and attraction management to specialized roles in event planning and execution.

LEGOLAND places great emphasis on fostering an inclusive workplace culture, welcoming applicants of all ages and backgrounds. HR Director Claus Jeppesen highlights the park’s goal of building a diverse and talented team that reflects the park’s vibrancy and ensures an unforgettable experience for visitors.

Multiskilling: Variety and Opportunities for Growth

For the past three years, LEGOLAND® has offered its seasonal employees the chance to work as “Multiskillers.” This concept allows staff to take on multiple roles across different departments. For instance, an employee might work in food service one day and operate a roller coaster the next.

This innovative model not only brings variety to the workday but also helps employees develop new skills and explore their interests. According to Claus Jeppesen, Multiskilling is particularly beneficial for those looking to discover their passion or gain insight into potential future career paths. A single application enables candidates to try out multiple roles, simplifying the hiring process and making it more flexible for both the park and its staff.

The New Events Department: A Focus on Creativity

For the 2025 season, LEGOLAND® Billund is introducing an events department for the first time in its history. This new division will give employees the chance to contribute to planning and hosting events, offering a creative outlet that goes beyond the park’s traditional attractions.

Claus Jeppesen notes that the events department is a valuable addition, providing exciting opportunities for candidates with an interest in event organization and creative problem-solving.

Working at LEGOLAND: More Than Just a Job

LEGOLAND® Billund offers more than just employment; it provides an opportunity to be part of a unique community. The park prioritizes a supportive and open work environment where everyone can thrive. With its combination of diverse roles, the innovative Multiskilling concept, and the introduction of the events department, LEGOLAND stands out as an employer of choice in Denmark’s leisure sector.

Those seeking a flexible and dynamic work experience are encouraged to visit the job fair on January 25th to learn more about the opportunities available. This event marks the first step toward joining a team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences to LEGOLAND’s visitors.
