From November 23, 2024, until January 6, 2025, LEGOLAND® Germany invites guests to experience its WinterWonder event. Festive Shows and Events at WinterWonder LEGOLAND
This year’s winter season at LEGOLAND Germany offers various new show highlights. Each day, the WinterWonder LEGOLAND Parade marches through the park at 5:30 p.m., showcasing beautifully decorated figures and providing unforgettable sights. A new feature is the winter show “Olli and the Big Winter Surprise” in the LEGO Studios, where park mascot Olli the dragon fulfills a long-held dream. Four times a day, changing artists perform in the Affentheater, entertaining visitors with magic tricks, comedy, and live music.
New Laser Shows in the LAND DER PHARAONEN and MINILAND
One of the highlights of this year’s winter season is the two new laser shows, illuminating both the MINILAND and the LAND DER PHARAONEN with dazzling light displays. Accompanied by music and seamlessly integrated into the winter scenery, these evening shows offer a spectacular experience. The MINILAND laser shows are held daily at 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., while the show in the LAND DER PHARAONEN starts at 4:30 p.m.
Winter Village, Ice Skating Rink, and Seasonal Delights
The festively decorated Winter Village, complete with traditional Christmas huts, is the perfect place to take a break. Visitors can enjoy mulled wine, punch, and roasted almonds while soaking up the winter ambiance. The ice skating rink invites guests to glide across the sparkling ice, with professional ice skaters showing off their skills on select days. The WinterWonder LEGOLAND atmosphere is enhanced by countless strings of lights and beautifully decorated fir trees throughout the park, creating a magical winter landscape.
New Attractions and Winter Experiences for Young Adventurers
WinterWonder LEGOLAND offers exciting experiences for younger visitors, including the “Desert X-kursion,” where children can float in colorful balloons over the winter-themed LAND DER PHARAONEN. Other attractions like the “Kids Power Tower” and the “Safari Tour” provide plenty of action for younger guests. The festively decorated LEGOLAND Express also makes its rounds, giving riders a fantastic view of the illuminated LEGO models in the MINILAND. Within MINILAND itself, the new “Alpine Hut” LEGO winter exhibit showcases meticulously crafted models of polar bears and the research vessel “Polarstern,” adding to the wintry scene.
Daily “Lighting the Tree” Event
Another highlight is the 10-meter-tall LEGO DUPLO® Christmas tree, which lights up daily at 4:30 p.m. during the “Lighting the Tree” event. The tree, made up of 364,481 DUPLO bricks, is surrounded by festively decorated Christmas trees and numerous lights, casting a warm glow throughout the park and setting the perfect stage for WinterWonder at LEGOLAND.
