Nocturne of Horror

Each year, tens of thousands of visitors are drawn to the largest amusement park in Rhineland-Palatinate. Every Saturday in October, as well as on the 31st itself, seven horror attractions with over 70 live scarers are open until deep into the night. A Fright Festival with live DJs and a grand musical fireworks display provide the final touch to this eerie event. During the Halloween Parade, the park transforms into a stage for hundreds of spooky figures wandering among the attractions.

Chilling Highlight: “The Sawmill”

In 2023, Holiday Park presents a brand-new attraction: “The Sawmill”. Visitors delve into a realistically replicated sawmill from the 70s. They become job seekers in a timber yard where dangerous lumber workers, real sawmill machines, and frightening experiments await them. The line between fiction and reality blurs in this meticulously staged horror attraction.

More Spooky Attractions

In addition to “The Sawmill”, other eerie attractions await the visitors. The “Freak Circus” and the “Titty Twister” Bar will make your blood freeze in your veins. A spooky camping holiday awaits guests at “Camp Sunshine”, and in the former “Schnitzelhaus” restaurant, visitors may risk being turned into schnitzels themselves. In front of the Sky Scream roller coaster, the “Zombie Factory” is teeming with hungry zombies.

Colorful Children’s Program

But not everything is about horror. The Holiday Park also offers a varied Halloween entertainment for the youngest guests. The park glows with festive pumpkin decor, and the “Dino Adventure Show” highlights the birth of a new Dino Baby. During the “Dino Encounter”, young guests have the opportunity to pet a life-sized dinosaur and take pictures with it. During the Halloween Fright Nights, the children's areas Majaland and Holiday Indoor remain monster-free.

Conclusion

Holiday Park guarantees a diverse experience for all age groups in October 2023. While brave souls can venture through the new horror house “The Sawmill” and other creepy attractions, the park also offers a friendly and entertaining program for children. One thing is certain: This October, Holiday Park will become an unforgettable Halloween destination for the whole family.
