While in other parts of the country the autumn wind blows with a chilly touch through the streets, HANSA-PARK, Germany's exclusive seaside amusement park, transforms into a vibrant palette of lights, sounds, and sensations. From October 14th to 29th, 2023, visitors can anticipate a memorable celebration aptly named "Autumn Magic by the Sea".
A Grand Light Festival
Upon entering the park, guests are greeted by a spectacle consisting of 11 meticulously crafted thematic worlds. These landscapes, adorned with twinkling light garlands and shimmering sculptures, cast the park in a renewed glow. The ambiance ignites the imagination of its youngest guests while allowing the older generation to bask in nostalgic memories.
The Light Parade: A Dazzling Dream Procession
But the evening's standout attraction, drawing visitors from across Europe, is undoubtedly the Light Parade. Over 22 elaborately designed floats travel through the park, accompanied by more than 60 fairytale-like figures that glow amidst over a million lights. This ensemble, crafted by international artists, promises a feast for the eyes and creates long-lasting memories.
Adrienne's Quest: Emotions at the Plaza del Mar
Beyond the lights and colors, HANSA-PARK narrates a tale. The evening show "Adrienne and the Rainbow" at the Plaza del Mar transports the audience into a world filled with hope and magic. Set to a specially composed musical score and augmented by cutting-edge wall-mapping technology and impressive light and laser effects, the audience witnesses Adrienne's pursuit of a rainbow. The finale, a grand fireworks display, caps off the experience, leaving an indelible mark.
Culinary Autumn: Gastronomic Delights at HANSA-PARK
In addition to the visual and auditory delights, HANSA-PARK also offers culinary treats. The since 2019 established Autumn Magic Food Festival showcases a variety of autumnal delicacies and drinks, from regional specialties to international treats. Offerings range from Thanksgiving burgers to hot gin, and sweet temptations like powdered sugar donuts.

Those interested should be aware of a few key details: The park operates from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Most attractions remain accessible until 8:30 PM, with exceptions such as the "Wildwater Ride" and "Super Splash" closing by 4:00 PM. Weather-related changes, especially during rainy conditions or strong winds, may also result in program modifications.
