Futuroscope is set to become the “Event Partner” of the Ligue Nationale de Handball (LNH) for the 2024-2025 handball season. This partnership aims to strengthen the park's presence in handball and boost its visibility among fans throughout the year. The collaboration builds on the success of Hand Star Week 2024, which recently took place at Futuroscope Park and the Arena Futuroscope.

Hand Star Week 2024 as a Successful Kickoff

Hand Star Week 2024 was a significant event jointly organized by Futuroscope and the LNH. It included the Media Day, the LNH Trophy Awards, and the Trophée des Champions. The Futuroscope Park and Arena Futuroscope served as impressive venues for the event, drawing many fans and providing a spectacular setting.

Year-Round Presence on Handball League Courts

With the extension of the partnership, Futuroscope will be visible not just during Hand Star Week but throughout the entire 2024-2025 season. The park will showcase its brand on the courts of the Liqui Moly StarLigue and ProLigue, further enhancing its visibility among handball fans across France. This partnership allows Futuroscope to demonstrate its commitment to the sport and engage with handball supporters year-round.

A Successful Season Opener in a Sold-Out Arena

The 2024-2025 handball season opener at Arena Futuroscope exceeded all expectations. More than 4,200 spectators witnessed a thrilling match in which HBC Nantes triumphed over Paris-Saint-Germain Handball. The sold-out arena and electric atmosphere made for a remarkable start to the season.

Remarks on the Partnership

David TEBIB, President of the Ligue Nationale de Handball, expressed enthusiasm for the renewed collaboration: “This partnership was a natural continuation of our previous cooperation, especially from the Trophée des Champions two years ago. Futuroscope has always been an ideal partner for our season-opening event, Hand Star Week.”

Rodolphe BOUIN, CEO of Futuroscope, highlighted the importance of the partnership during this Olympic year: “With this partnership, we emphasize our commitment to promoting the values of sport and sharing emotional moments. It is a strong statement of our shared vision for the future.”
