On June 13th, Futuroscope will transform into a stage of hope and support. The theme park invites guests to a charity dinner benefiting SKIN, an organization dedicated to supporting cancer patients through art and sports. This evening, culinary delight and artistic expression combine to form a powerful symbol of solidarity.

The Occasion and the Participants

Futuroscope, known for its spirit of innovation, hosts the charity event "The Meaning of Life" on June 13th. SKIN, active since 2012, uses art and sports to offer new perspectives and forms of expression to those affected by cancer. Nicolas Escalante and Frédéric Monzo, the park’s chefs, along with the Poitoqués, a local chefs' association, dedicate their talents to this noble cause.

The Menu and its Special Features

The chefs will prepare a menu celebrating local cuisine for the 160 expected guests. Fresh, regional ingredients are the foundation for dishes that not only delight the palate but also emphasize the connection to the Poitou region.

The Artistic Design of the Evening

The evening will be enriched with dance, street art, and live music from local artists. Particularly, Gaelle Messager, a survivor of the Bataclan and the evening's patron, symbolizes the resilience and hope that SKIN aims to convey. Her presence underscores the transformative power of art and community.

The social commitment and the objective

All proceeds from the evening will directly support SKIN's projects, which create impressive works and performances through creative pairings of artists and athletes. These are often presented in prestigious institutions, promoting public awareness and the self-perception of those affected.

Additional Information about the Event

Each dinner reservation includes free entry to Futuroscope at 2 PM. The dinner, starting at 7 PM at Arthur’s Table, has an admission price of €50 per person.
