Visitors to Europa-Park can currently enjoy a special photography exhibition titled “Artists,” showcasing impressive portraits of the park's performers by photographer Claudia Thoma. These works, which are up to three meters tall, will be on display at the “blue fire Dome” until the end of October 2024.
Artistic Excellence Captured in Imaginative Photographs
The photographs are a tribute to the diversity and creativity of the artists who captivate Europa-Park visitors every day. The images feature acrobats, dancers, and clowns in unique costumes, highlighting their artistic achievements on stage, in the circus ring, and on the ice. The photos are not only striking for their size but also for their vibrant colors, dynamic compositions, and imaginative elements.
Decades of Experience and Close Collaboration for Perfect Staging
Claudia Thoma is a seasoned photographer who has been documenting the events at Europa-Park for decades. Her work focuses on staged shows, lavish costumes, and elaborate stage decorations. For the “Artists” exhibition, she worked closely with Katja Mack, head of the TALENT ACADEMY at Europa-Park, and makeup artist Ramona Heintz. This collaboration allowed them to present the performers in a new, imaginative light.
A New Perspective on Europa-Park’s Creative Diversity
Exhibition visitors have the opportunity to experience Europa-Park's creative diversity from an entirely new perspective. The three-meter-tall photographs bring the dynamic and colorful energy of the park's performances directly to the viewer's attention.
