Silver Lake City: Europa-Park Expands Western Town by 2026

Europa-Park in Rust invites guests to the new "Silver Lake City" starting in 2025. What began over two decades ago as a modest tipi village will transform into a full-fledged Wild West experience by 2026. "This entire area creates its own adventure world with a complete Western feeling," says owner Roland Mack. The expansion of the existing Camp Resort begins next year, promising adventure, relaxation, and entertainment for the whole family.

Unique Western Experience with New Highlights

Silver Lake City will become a standout attraction for thrill-seekers. From summer 2025, the large buffet restaurant "Diner Station" opens, designed like an old Western train station with an authentic train. In 2026, a new guesthouse with over 100 rooms styled in the spirit of the American West will welcome visitors. A brewery also moves in that year, crafting a unique Europa-Park beer to enjoy at the nearby "Wild Horse Bar." Cutting-edge technology enhances the experience with YULLBE GO integration. Excitement for this authentic Western adventure in Rust is already building.

Expanded Infrastructure and Offerings

Plan wagons, log cabins, tipi tents, a swimming lake, and campfires already provide genuine Western charm today. In 2025, additional Western Houses and comfortable caravan pitches will join the lineup. An upgraded entrance, including a parking garage with 580 spaces and a new Western street lined with a matching building front, adds to the atmosphere. Families can look forward to an adventure playground shaped like a train and a Western-themed mini-golf course for extra fun. A hinted saloon already complements the outdoor offerings.

More Space for Overnight Stays and Visitors

By 2026, overnight capacity will rise to over 2,000 guests, up from more than 1,400 today. Options will range from tents or personal caravans to log cabins, tipi tents, plan wagons, and the comfortable new guesthouse. To accommodate growing visitor numbers, around 700 new parking spaces will be added during the construction phase. These extensive infrastructure investments highlight Europa-Park’s long-term vision of delivering unforgettable experiences in a one-of-a-kind setting.

A Place for Adventure and Social Good

Relaxation also takes center stage. In 2026, the "Kleine Helden" children’s house will open in close partnership with "Stiftung RTL – Wir helfen Kindern e.V." Recovering cancer-stricken children and their families will enjoy a free, worry-free retreat amid the Western ambiance. Swiss musician and international star DJ BoBo takes on patronage for the new house. Silver Lake City blends adventure and relaxation with meaningful social commitment.
