The Latest Attraction at Europa-Park: Voltron Nevera
On April 26th, the time has come: Europa-Park, renowned for its wide range of rides and themed areas, will expand its repertoire with the coaster Voltron Nevera, located in the park's Croatian themed area. Visitors can look forward to a ride filled with adrenaline and spectacular moments.
Technical Marvel by Mack Rides
Designed by Mack Rides, the coaster represents an evolution of the Big Dipper type, which has already captivated audiences at Walibi Holland with Lost Gravity. Voltron Nevera is distinguished by longer trains and numerous spectacular elements that set it apart from other coasters.
Unique Ride Elements and Records
At the start of the ride, guests experience an extraordinary acceleration: they are catapulted vertically upwards at a 105-degree angle, a globally unique inversion. A turntable in the middle of the track and moments of weightlessness lasting 2.2 seconds further enhance the riding experience.
Dimensions and Facts
With a height of 32.5 meters and a length of 1385 meters, as well as seven inversions and four acceleration phases, Voltron Nevera reaches speeds of up to 90 km/h. These dimensions guarantee an intense ride experience that is unmatched.
Connection to Nikola Tesla
The thematic focus of the coaster honors Nikola Tesla, the inventor and pioneer of electricity, born in 1856 in Croatia. Inspired by Tesla's visions, visitors experience a type of teleportation that reminds them of Tesla's experiments with electric energy.
