A Futuristic Adventure at YULLBE
Europa-Park introduces a groundbreaking VR experience with “Dr. G. – Victory on Venus.” This new attraction is the result of a collaboration between MACK One, VR Coaster, Richard Taylor, Greg Broadmore, and Weta Workshop. The story is based on a retro science fiction tale specially developed by Greg Broadmore.
Prominent Collaboration
Richard Taylor, renowned for his work on films such as “The Lord of the Rings” and “Avatar,” brings his award-winning expertise to this project. He is supported by 2112 Studios, responsible for the impressive music and sound effects. Michael Mack, managing partner of Europa-Park, expressed his excitement about the renewed collaboration with Taylor and emphasized the importance of this partnership for the attractiveness of YULLBE.
An Intense Experience
“Dr. G. – Victory on Venus” offers a ten-minute adventure suitable for participants aged 14 and up. The scenes are action-packed, featuring battles against giant spiders, flying aliens, and a spectacular escape from the mouth of a massive centipede. The immersive journey takes visitors to the planet Venus during a fictional war in the early 20th century, designed by the renowned New Zealand company Weta Workshop.
Significance for Europa-Park
The introduction of this new VR experience expands the existing offerings at Europa-Park Resort and enhances the appeal of YULLBE. The collaboration with international artists like Richard Taylor underscores Europa-Park's innovative spirit and could potentially increase visitor numbers.
Michael Mack on the New VR Experience
Michael Mack, founder of MACK One, expressed his pride in the tenth YULLBE GO application: “We are, of course, proud to present another YULLBE GO experience, and not just any, but one developed together with our friend Richard Taylor, namely Dr. G. It is already the 10th YULLBE GO application we have programmed. As I said, YULLBE GO is still widely talked about, and now working with Richard Taylor not only in the park but also at YULLBE GO is something truly special.”
