From May 2, visitors to Eatrenalin can expect a new kind of menu. This revolutionary fine dining experience combines exquisite cuisine with a breathtaking multisensory staging that takes guests on an unforgettable journey through taste and emotion.

Concept and Vision of Eatrenalin

Located next to the 4-star Superior Hotel Krønasår at Europa-Park, Eatrenalin offers an extraordinary dining experience that pushes the boundaries of traditional restaurants. Founders Thomas Mack and Oliver Altherr have set out to revolutionize gastronomy. By combining multimedia content, culinary excellence, and innovative technology such as MACK Rides' patented Floating Chair, an immersive culinary journey is created that touches guests both emotionally and physically.

A Journey through the Senses

The over-two-hour-long Eatrenalin Experience transports guests on a sensory journey through various thematic worlds. Each setting—from an underwater world to outer space—is meticulously designed to stimulate the senses and complement the respective menu. The experience begins in an elegant lounge where guests are welcomed with a sparkling apéritif and led through spectacularly staged environments like the ocean, the spaceship, and finally, the universe.

A Detailed Overview of the New Menus

The new menu composition available in May promises an even deeper connection between culinary creations and visual impressions. Under the creative direction of Ties van Oosten and Juliana Clementz, the “Red Dimensions” and “Green Dimensions” menus are offered, each reflecting culinary diversity and innovation.

The “Red Dimensions” menu starts in the Lounge with a combination of black truffle, Iberico ham, and sweet-sour radish, followed by a refreshing ritual in the Waterfall where crispy oats and artichoke awaken the taste buds. The Discovery phase experiments with pineapple, celery, and ginger. Special highlights include king crab in the ocean and the flavor explosions of sweet, sour, bitter, and salty. In Umami, guests experience Asian flavors in a Tokyo sushi bar atmosphere, and the universe is explored with beef cheek accompanied by black salsify and quinoa. The menu concludes with a sweet transformation of blueberries, lavender, and yogurt in the Incarnation Room.

In parallel, the “Green Dimensions” menu offers a vegan journey, starting in the Lounge with a selection of black truffle, spinach, and sweet-sour radish and continuing in the Waterfall phase with crispy oats and artichoke. Subsequent courses include creations like leek and white asparagus in the Ocean and an umami essence with kombu seaweed and lemon in Umami. In the universe, turnips, coffee, and curry provide extraordinary taste experiences, ending with a combination of nectarine, raspberry, and yuzu in Incarnation.
