At Europa-Park, Jean-Pierre Bringhen will deliver a lecture on May 15th. His presentation "Staying Mentally and Physically Fit with a Few Simple Rules" summarizes key findings from his extensive research.
Fascination with Human Well-being
Jean-Pierre Bringhen, a passionate explorer of the human mind and body, has devoted his life to understanding the intricate relationships between diet, thought, and health. "Man is what he eats and what he thinks," this belief shapes his work and his lectures, which regularly attract a diverse audience.
Extensive Scientific Career
Bringhen discovered his passion for neuroscience at the age of 13. His interests also include physics and the fundamental phenomena of nature, as well as the more profound meanings of religion and human behavior. For over 55 years, Bringhen has furthered his education in these areas, including in monasteries and through his work as a hypnotherapist, which has allowed him to bridge science and faith.
Comprehensive academic and professional experience
With postgraduate degrees in computer science and strategic production sciences, Bringhen has taught at several universities and has served in numerous advisory roles, including as president and vice president of various leading institutes and foundations. Since 1991, he has been the CEO of Bringhen Group in Switzerland, which now encompasses 14 locations.
A Lecture Without Honorarium for a Good Cause
The upcoming lecture "Staying Mentally and Physically Fit with a Few Simple Rules" is part of the volunteer lecture series "New Perspectives," organized by Marianne Mack. Bringhen is foregoing an honorarium; instead, the participation fees support the charity "Santa Isabel e.V. - Help for Children and Families," which assists disadvantaged children and families.
