Since the start of the season, Europa-Park visitors have been immersed in the film’s universe. The interactive family attraction “GRAND PRIX EDventure” invites guests to join Ed and Edda’s racing crew. Blockbuster Production for Europa-Park’s 50th Anniversary
Marking Europa-Park’s 50th anniversary, the film is produced by MACK Magic at MACK Animation’s studios in Hannover. Producer Michael Mack, managing partner of Europa-Park and founder of MACK Magic, collaborates with director Waldemar Fast, who brings over two decades of animation expertise. The soundtrack is composed by Oscar winner Volker Bertelmann. Co-produced with Warner Bros. Film Productions Germany, the screenplay by Kirstie Falkous, John Reynolds, Jeff Hylton, and Ben Safier is brought to life in Rust and Hannover. The film, supported by DFFF funding, will premiere on July 24, 2025, in Germany, Austria, and German-speaking Switzerland.
