Golf Enthusiasts Raise €5,600 at the 8th Euromaus Charity Golf Cup for a Good Cause

At the 8th Euromaus Charity Golf Cup Breisgau, held over the weekend on the championship course Rebland in Herbolzheim-Tutschfelden, €5,600 was raised. This amount, collected through entry fees and donations, will benefit the charitable organizations “Einfach helfen e.V.” and “Santa Isabel e.V. – Hilfe für Kinder und Familien,” both of which provide support to people in difficult life situations and facing severe hardships.

A Successful Tournament for a Good Cause

This past weekend, numerous golf enthusiasts and supporters of the charitable cause gathered at the Rebland golf course to participate in the 8th Euromaus Charity Golf Cup Breisgau. Participants competed in a 2-person scramble format across 18 holes. Since 2015, the golf cup has been organized under the motto “We Play for Our Region.” This year's tournament was once again a success, raising €5,600 for the two charitable organizations.

Support for Charitable Organizations

The two benefiting organizations, “Einfach helfen e.V.” and “Santa Isabel e.V. – Hilfe für Kinder und Familien,” are committed to providing fast and unbureaucratic aid to people in need. Mauritia Mack, chairwoman of “Einfach helfen e.V.,” leads the organization that supports people facing immediate hardship. “Santa Isabel e.V.,” founded by Marianne Mack and represented at the event by her daughter, Ann-Kathrin Mack, focuses on helping children and families affected by severe challenges.

Golfing for Everyone: Beginners Welcome

In addition to the seasoned golfers competing in the tournament, there was also an opportunity for beginners to try out the sport. The “Swing to Win” golf academy offered a beginner's course, which proved popular among newcomers. This allowed participants without prior experience to engage in the event and discover their passion for golf.

Relaxed Social Gathering After the Tournament

Following the day’s athletic endeavors, participants, and organizers gathered for a relaxed buffet, where they could reflect on the event in a laid-back atmosphere. The positive mood and shared enthusiasm for both golf and charity contributed to the event's overall success.
