Germany’s biggest theme park marks its 50th anniversary this year. For the occasion, tonies launches the first Tonie with park mascot Ed Euromaus, fulfilling a dream for many young fans. This 90-minute audio figure, inspired by the film “Grand Prix of Europe,” co-produced by Michael Mack, MACK Magic, and Warner Bros. Film Productions Germany, will be available starting July 24, 2025. Fans can enjoy the story of Ed and Edda at home or during a visit to Europa-Park.
Ed & Edda’s Adventure on the Tonie
The Tonie brings the film’s storyline straight to children’s rooms. Edda, daughter of fairground operator Erwin, dreams of becoming a race car driver. During the 50th Grand Prix of Europe, she meets her idol, racer Ed, and takes the wheel to save her father’s struggling business. Featuring voices like Jan Delay as parrot Enzo, the tale captivates listeners. The adventurous mice win over both movie screens and the hearts of young and old audio fans alike.

The new 3D dark ride “Grand Prix EDventure” immerses visitors in the film’s world. From summer 2025, kids can use their Ed Tonie in the waiting area to trigger various effects, enhancing the experience. This blends Europa-Park’s 50-year legacy with fresh, interactive adventures for all ages, bringing the mascots’ story closer to guests.
