Today, we had the extraordinary pleasure of personally testing the roller coaster "Voltron Nevera Powered by Rimac." This experience not only allowed us a ride on the innovative coaster itself but also provided a deep insight into the impressively designed theme area.

First Impressions of Voltron

The entrance area of the attraction makes a visual statement with a large, unmistakable logo of Voltron, capturing the attention of park visitors immediately. Here, visitors find clear directions for the different queuing options, including the standard stand-by line, the virtual line for a timed Fast Pass option at no extra cost, and the single rider line. This line is perfect for solo visitors who don't mind joining other groups.

For guests with special needs, such as those with a baby switch card or a disability card, adapted and preferred access routes are available. Wheelchair users benefit from a special access route that takes them through the shop directly to the coaster platform, where an elevator awaits to take them to the ride platform.

Thematic and Functional

The waiting area of Voltron is not only functional but also thematically appealing. At the beginning of this area, visitors are led through a building and then enter an outdoor area, where the park surprises with numerous thematic elements such as a giant, rotating turbine that powers a generator. This scene is enhanced by atmospheric fog effects. Back inside the building, visitors encounter Nikola Tesla’s office, where a small model of Voltron teleports a rat from point A to point B—a fascinating display well worth a closer look.

Efficient and Secure

Similar to the system at the "Arthur" coaster, Voltron also offers a practical and secure solution for baggage storage. A park employee hands out cards upon arrival that grant access to individual lockers. This system ensures that all personal items are securely stored while visitors enjoy the attraction.

Efficient Boarding and Technical Flair

The station of Voltron is the center of anticipation and technical staging. Here, visitors are greeted by an employee, the "Grouper," who organizes them into groups and assigns them to the train rows. The station itself is filled with the sounds of machinery and the hum of electronics, enhancing the atmosphere of a cutting-edge technology zone.

Technical Sophistication and Emotional Experience

The ride starts in an impressive industrial hall before passing through an inconspicuous gate that opens to reveal a steeply ascending track equipped with linear synchronous motor (LSM) modules. The first launch is powerful, followed by a looping with an impressive hang time. The second launch exceeds the first in intensity and leads to a zero-G stall, conveying the impression of endless weightlessness.

Varied Experience Intensities

Each seat on the Voltron offers a unique riding experience. The outer seats of each row, especially the last row, provide the most intense experiences with stronger forces and a more direct feel of the ride dynamics.

Voltron Sets New Standards

Voltron not only met but exceeded expectations. The combination of thematic depth, technical innovation, and riding fun positions this coaster as one of the leading attractions in Germany and beyond. The careful integration into the landscape of the park and the attention to detail found in every aspect of the attraction make Voltron a highlight that will attract visitors from all over the world.
