On April 25, 2024, Europa-Park invites ResortPass holders to a special event: the Voltron Nevera WarmUp. During an exclusive time window from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, ResortPass owners will have the opportunity to explore the new Croatia-themed area and experience the attraction Voltron Nevera.
Event details and time slots
The Voltron Nevera WarmUp offers ResortPass holders a unique chance to test the park's latest roller coaster, Voltron Nevera. The event is scheduled for April 25, 2024, and guests can choose from various 45-minute time slots available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. It's important to note that each person can only make one free reservation and that individual time slots may fill up quickly.
Access and Participation Conditions
Access to the park is available for day visitors through the main entrance and for overnight guests through the hotel entrance. During their assigned time slot, participants have access to the new Croatia themed area and the opportunity to ride Voltron Nevera. However, access to these areas is not guaranteed outside of their time slot. Importantly, owning a ResortPass alone does not suffice for participation in the WarmUp. Prior reservation via the ResortPass portal is mandatory, and the booking is exclusively assigned to the pass holder and is non-transferable.
Reservation and Cancellation Conditions
The reservation for the WarmUp is directly saved on the participant's ResortPass, and no physical tickets or PDF tickets are sent. For admission control, participants need their ResortPass QR code. Cancellation or rebooking of the reservation is not possible. Additionally, it's important to note that the reservation for the Voltron Nevera WarmUp does not include a day reservation for Europa-Park, which must be purchased separately.
Notes on Additional Conditions
It should be considered that weather conditions or technical challenges may lead to delays or even cancellation of the event. In the event of a cancellation, no compensation will be available. Visitors who require a parking space should note that the parking ticket is not included in the reservation. However, those who have a ParkingPass can use it on the day of the event.
