Europa-Park, renowned as Germany's premier amusement park, introduces a new culinary experience to its visitors from September 6th to November 7th. Under the guidance of the acclaimed Danish TV chef, Brian Bojsen, the restaurant “SPICES – Kitchens of the World” in the Adventureland theme area transforms into a showcase of Scandinavian culinary delights.
An Evening in the Far North – Right in the Heart of Germany
The event series “Wild Scandinavian Cooking by Brian Bojsen” promises guests an unparalleled journey through the flavors of Scandinavia. The experience commences with a delightful Amuse Bouche made from sweet potato. The subsequent 3-course meal shines with traditional dishes such as Polarbrød, aromatic cod, and a unique Arctic Tiramisu. Beyond the culinary treasures, the event also captivates with a specially produced short documentary, shown in the “JUNIOR CLUB Studios” located in the Dutch-themed area, granting guests a visual tour of Scandinavia's breathtaking landscapes and cultures.
Scandinavian Delicacies for Everyone
The Nordic culinary magic isn't reserved just for evening attendees. Day visitors can also dive into Scandinavian gastronomy at “SPICES”. Whether it’s a refined salad enriched with fried capers, cranberries, nuts, and Danish cheese or a fish burger nestled in a fluffy brioche bun, the menu entices exploration and indulgence.
Participation and Tickets
The culinary evening event emphasizes family-friendliness. Entry is complimentary for children up to three years, while older children are charged 29 Euros, and adults, 58 Euros. The gastronomic spectacle kicks off at 19:00, with doors opening from 17:00. Tickets can be procured at the park's on-site hotels, directly within the park, or through phone booking.
