On March 17, 2024, Europa-Park presents a mysterious exception: Despite the park officially being closed on this day, tickets have suddenly become available for purchase online. This phenomenon has sparked great wonder and speculation among amusement park enthusiasts.

Unexpected Ticket Availability: Error or Intention?

Ticket prices are set at €61.50 for adults and €52 for children. Even ResortPass holders encounter the option to reserve for this seemingly closed day. Intriguingly, some attempts to book are interrupted by error messages, while others proceed without issue. This inconsistency fuels speculation: Is it a technical glitch or a deliberate action by the park?

Eve of the Mystery: The Famigros Day

Just one day before this enigmatic date, the well-known Famigros Day takes place at Europa-Park, raising additional questions. The proximity of these two dates could be more than coincidental, potentially indicating a larger event.

Pre-opening of Voltron?

Amidst the speculation lies the question of whether March 17 might serve as a pre-opening for the new attraction, Voltron. This possibility would explain the excitement and interest of fans, but without official confirmation, everything remains speculative.

Official Statement Remains Absent

So far, Europa-Park has not released any information that could clarify this situation. The ongoing silence from official sources further fuels speculation and leaves room for various interpretations.

Anticipation and Speculation

The unexpected ticket availability for an officially closed day at Europa-Park raises many questions. Whether it's a glitch in the booking system or fans are indeed anticipating an exclusive pre-opening of Voltron remains a mystery. The amusement park community eagerly awaits any clarification from Europa-Park.

Update from 9:30 AM

New information suggests that Europa-Park is announcing its pre-opening for Sunday, March 17, 2024, as seen on the ticket booking page under the date selection. The official start of the season is scheduled for March 23, 2024. However, it has been announced that certain attractions will not be accessible during the pre-opening. These include the Alpine Coaster "Enzian", Alpenexpress Coastiality, Ghost Castle, Lítill Island - Hansgrohe water playground, Tirol Log Flume, and Voltron Nevera powered by Rimac.
