The Europa-Park has announced an impressive wave of investments spanning over 40 construction projects, distributed over the years 2023 and 2024. This development is set not only to revolutionize the park's landscape, but also to set a significant economic pulse in the region.

Investing in the Future: The Comprehensive Construction Initiative

Roland Mack, the owner of Europa-Park, elucidates that in the next two years, the adventure resort will invest high double-digit million sums in construction projects. The magnitude of this investment is evidenced by the impressive number of over 700 craftsmen currently working on the park's construction sites. The construction initiative not only secures the existing 5,000 jobs but also creates around 120 new positions, underscoring Europa-Park's role as a significant regional employer.

“Voltron Nevera”: A Landmark of Engineering

Among the park's showcase projects is the new Stryker-Coaster “Voltron Nevera powered by Rimac,” set to make its debut in 2024. This rollercoaster, with the world's steepest launch at an angle of 105 degrees, sets new standards. The 1,400-meter-long track is a tribute to innovation and speed, reflecting the partnership with Rimac, renowned for the world's fastest electric car. This spectacular ride will be part of the newly emerging Croatian-themed area, highlighting the park's international orientation.

Family Attractions and Infrastructural Expansions

In addition to “Voltron Nevera,” the park is witnessing a renaissance of its popular attractions, “Alpine Coaster 'Enzian'” and “Tirol Log Flume,” which are being re-launched in a newly designed alpine theme featuring exciting waterfalls and adventure elements. The extensive construction measures also include the creation of employee housing, a state-of-the-art welcome center, a health center, new office buildings, a fire station, an entertainment hall, and an energy center supporting the water world in Rulantica. The renovation of the beloved Ghost Castle and further renovations and conversions are also part of the park's comprehensive future initiative.

The impressive investment in more than 40 construction projects at Europa-Park paints a picture of confidence and progress. Roland Mack sees these developments not only as an expansion of the range and an enhancement of quality for guests, but also as a clear sign of strengthening the regional economy and the construction industry. With this initiative, Europa-Park once again demonstrates its leading role in the amusement park industry and positions itself as a powerful engine for innovation and growth.
