Europa-Park has once again spotlighted its most loyal employees, setting a standard for appreciation and recognition. In an elegant ceremony, longstanding service anniversaries were celebrated, and decades-long commitment was acknowledged.

A Glimpse into the Special Evening

In the opulent setting of the "Ballsaal Berlin", employees from various years of service gathered to reminisce about their time at Europa-Park. The Mack owner family seized this occasion to thank 93 honorees and 28 employees who recently retired for their relentless dedication. The event reflected the park's impressive culture, marked by team spirit and loyalty.

Frederik Mack, Human Resources Director of Europa-Park, praised the honorees with warm words: "Your dedication and passion are at the core of our success story. Each one of you has contributed in your unique way, making Europa-Park what it is today."

Gifts, Certificates, and Special Recognitions

The celebrations were marked by numerous highlights. Apart from the thoughtfully chosen gifts for the honorees and retirees, special attention was given to employees who have served for 25 years. They were recognized not just internally but were also awarded a certificate from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), personally signed by Premier Winfried Kretschmann.

One of the evening's most emotional moments was the recognition of Michael Scholz, who achieved the incredible milestone of 50 years of service. As Europa-Park's first employee, he has witnessed and shaped significant developments. Owner Roland Mack highlighted the unique relationship with Scholz: "From the outset, you've been an irreplaceable part of our family and our team."

A Park Investing in the Future

Europa-Park not only values the expertise of its longstanding employees but also looks ahead to the future. With a total of 4,750 employees, the park stands as a significant employer in the region. Education is also a top priority: In 2023, 132 apprentices in a variety of professions and academic programs will lay the foundation for their careers in the Mack family's esteemed company.

Concluding Thoughts

Europa-Park, synonymous with entertainment and leisure fun in Germany, not only expressed its gratitude with this celebration but also demonstrated its commitment to deep-rooted values and traditions. In an era where the world of work is constantly evolving, such ceremonies stand as a testament to stability, unity, and mutual appreciation.
