Culinary Highlights by Peter Hagen-Wiest
A special highlight of the dinner show is the four-course menu created by the renowned two-star chef Peter Hagen-Wiest. Guests are treated to a culinary journey around the world, starting with a crustacean gyoza served with carrot curry foam and shrimp as an appetizer. The intermediate course features a refined combination of celery, egg yolk, and parsley oil. Inspired by South America, the main course offers Picanha, accompanied by oxalis root, grilled vegetables, and chimichurri. The dessert, inspired by the USA, includes pumpkin, chocolate, and pistachios. A special vegetarian menu is also available, which is equally creative and high-quality.
