On June 18, 2024, more than 2,000 young musicians gathered at Europa-Park to perform at the 23rd Euro-Musique Festival under the motto “Music Connects.” The event promotes international musical friendships and provides a platform for young talents.
A Festival of Musical Diversity at Europa-Park
The Euro-Musique Festival, held on June 18, 2024, at Europa-Park, brought together over 2,000 young musicians. Participants from various countries showcased their vocal and instrumental skills. True to the motto “Music Connects,” the festival served as a platform to foster and maintain cross-border friendships through music.
Kickoff with the Creative Song Contest “Welcome To Europe”
The festival began with the celebrated finale of the song contest “Welcome To Europe.” This event attracted significant attention and offered five young artists the opportunity to present their self-composed pieces on the theme of Europe to an enthusiastic audience.
Honoring the Best Talents
Hannah Brugger and her band from Matrei in Osttirol, Austria, won first prize in the song contest. Their performance impressed both the jury and the audience. A special highlight of the evening was the performance by Prince Damien, the DSDS winner and Jungle King, who graced the event as a guest star.
Diverse Experiences at Europa-Park
After the exciting competition, the finalists enjoyed the more than 100 attractions in Europa-Park. The young artists explored the various European-themed areas and drew inspiration from the numerous performances of their peers.

The Euro-Musique Festival is organized by the Baden-Württemberg State Youth Music Association in cooperation with Europa-Park, the Ministry of Culture, Youth, and Sports Baden-Württemberg, and the Center for School Quality and Teacher Education (ZSL). These partnerships highlight the importance of the event and its role in promoting young musical talents.
