Ammolite – The Lighthouse Restaurant, one of Germany's leading fine-dining establishments, has strengthened its team with two experienced gastronomy professionals. From now on, Sascha Schmidt will serve as sommelier, and Lisa-Marie Schmidt will take on the role of restaurant manager at the Michelin two-starred and Gault&Millau three-red-hat-awarded restaurant located in the Europa-Park Resort.

The restaurant, in the lighthouse of the four-star superior hotel Bell Rock, has established itself as a cornerstone of German high-quality cooking over the past decade.
