From February 12 to 14, recruitment days were held at Hotel "El Andaluz," offering over 700 interested candidates the opportunity to introduce themselves in personal interviews. The innovative job speed dating concept proved to be a resounding success: 252 applicants received an on-the-spot job offer. Those who missed the event will soon have another opportunity to secure one of the sought-after jobs at Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort.

Quick Decisions at Job Speed Dating

The recruitment days provided an uncomplicated way for job seekers to secure a new position on the spot. Under the motto "Turn a Job into Your Job!", 25 talent scouts welcomed candidates, conducted interviews, and made prompt hiring decisions. The relaxed atmosphere at Hotel "El Andaluz" contributed to a comfortable experience, allowing many candidates to confidently showcase their qualifications. The results of these intensive days were impressive: 252 applicants signed an employment contract on-site and left with a secured job. However, not only these lucky new employees received good news – many more candidates remain in the selection process and will be contacted in the coming weeks.

New Opportunities for Last-Minute Applicants

Those who missed the initial recruitment days will have two more chances to apply. On February 25 and March 11, Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort will once again open its doors to job seekers—this time at the Rulantica water world. The park is looking for new talent across various areas, including gastronomy, retail, attractions, and hotel positions. Particularly in demand are receptionists, housekeeping staff, and employees for the many restaurants and shops in the park and the associated hotels.
