Ann-Kathrin Mack has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Europa-Park. The 35-year-old daughter of Marianne and Roland Mack becomes the first woman in the family business’s history to take on this role. She now oversees Marketing, Sales & Digital while continuing to lead Mack Solutions/Baumanagement.

The appointment of Ann-Kathrin Mack marks a significant moment. In the nearly 250-year history of the Mack family business, she is the first woman to join the executive leadership. Ann-Kathrin Mack brings extensive experience to her role. She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in architecture at Hochschule Konstanz and gained practical knowledge in renowned architectural firms. Her skills were further honed through international work in theme parks worldwide. For the past nine years, she has held a leadership position at Europa-Park.
