The lavish 4-course menu features traditional dishes like crispy roast pork, tender veal shank, and roasted duck legs, while vegetarian guests can enjoy dishes like baked cauliflower and chickpea puree. The price for the alemannisches Rittermahl is €89.00 for adults (12 and up) and €44.50 for children (ages 4 to 11). The package includes a 4-course meal and a beverage package covering white wine, red wine, beer, soft drinks, mineral water, and hot beverages. In addition, guests are treated to performances by minstrels and jesters, who enrich the evening with their acts.

While the event is family-friendly, the entertainment is primarily designed for an adult audience. There are no child-specific entertainment or childcare options available, so families with young children should plan accordingly.

For vegetarians, a dedicated menu is available, with creative and hearty options such as chickpea puree, baked cauliflower, potato-parsnip rösti, and a beetroot dip. Each dish is carefully prepared to meet the high expectations of the guests.
