Thousands of Efteling Fans in Digital Queue for New Subscription

Starting today, the Dutch theme park Efteling is offering three new types of subscriptions: Classic, Plus, and Premium. Due to high demand, a digital queue has been set up on the Efteling website. This morning, thousands of people were standing in this virtual line.

Digital Queue for Efteling Subscriptions

Nearly three thousand people are currently waiting to purchase, adjust, or renew an Efteling subscription. Since 9:00 AM, the waiting time has been over an hour. Alternatively, subscriptions can also be purchased directly at the park's guest service in the House of the Five Senses entrance building.

Automatic Upgrade for Existing Subscribers

Existing subscribers will automatically be upgraded to the Plus variant. The order page is intended for individuals without a subscription, for those whose annual subscription has already expired, and for monthly paying customers who wish to switch to Classic or Premium. Subscribers satisfied with the Plus variant do not need to take any further action.

Subscription Price Increase

Subscription prices have increased: the Plus option now costs 275 euros per year or 25 euros per month, compared to the previous 250 euros per year or 23 euros per month. The Classic subscription, which is valid for 290 days a year, costs 225 euros per year or 20 euros per month. The Premium subscription, which can be used every day, costs 390 euros per year or 35 euros per month.

Additional Benefits and Conditions

Additional benefits, such as higher discounts and access to special events, are included in the new subscriptions. The VIP Pass, which offers exclusive benefits, costs 390 euros per year or 35 euros per month. The appearance of the passes remains unchanged. Parking is not included in any of the subscription options and requires a separate parking subscription, the price of which remains unchanged.
