Where a sausage roll, meatball bun, or a puff pastry filled with sausage or cheese was previously available for 2.50 euros, the price now stands at 3.50 euros. This one-euro increase represents a considerable jump of 40 percent. The apple turnover, a popular snack for a quick bite, is also impacted by this wave of price increases; it is now also priced at 3.50 euros.One of the most notable price hikes concerns the sheet cake from Krümel Bakery. For this, Efteling visitors now have to shell out 4.50 euros – an increase of almost 30 percent compared to the previous price of 3.50 euros. Although prices for other snacks and fries have been raised, the adjustments in this segment have remained relatively moderate.
