One of Europe's most iconic theme parks, Efteling, is facing significant changes. The park's centerpiece, the Sleeping Beauty Castle, will soon close for maintenance works. Regrettably, this historical monument shows signs of wear and tear, demanding immediate attention.
In the coming months, park visitors will experience a new development: A freshly paved path leading from the main entrance of the Fairy Tale Forest straight into the picturesque Gnome Village. This measure has been taken due to the extensive works on the castle and aims to provide guests with an unforgettable experience even during the renovation phase.

In addition to mending cracks in the castle walls, a state-of-the-art irrigation system will be introduced.
