A 23-year-old park visitor, who physically attacked a security guard, has been sentenced to probation. The situation escalated during a family outing, leading to a clash between the assailant's wife and the park staff.

The incident intensified after security was called, and the man assaulted the guard, causing him to fall to the ground. During the court proceedings, the defendant's lawyer described the act as an unintentional “tripping,” but the judge clearly defined the incident as assault.

Since the event, the affected security guard has been suffering from sleep disturbances and has subsequently demanded compensation.
