Unfinished Renovations and Service Shortcomings

The hotel presents itself to its guests in a state of incomplete renovation. Instead of a warm welcome, guests were greeted by construction workers in the lounge areas, and the strong smell of fresh paint in the corridors reinforced the impression of an unfinished establishment.

Regarding room amenities, further shortcomings become evident. Despite the high price for deluxe rooms, functionality and comfort were lacking.
