A graduate of the prestigious Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon, he rose to fame after winning the TV show "Top Chef" in 2012 and has since built an international reputation. Since 2021, he has led the renowned Plaza Athénée in Paris, earning his first Michelin star just weeks after opening. In March 2022, he became head chef of the Christian Dior Boutique in Paris, followed by further prestigious appointments, including at the legendary Venice Simplon-Orient-Express and Hotel Le Brando in French Polynesia.
