Disneyland Paris has enhanced its mobile app for hotel guests to streamline the check-in process and improve the guest experience. The new features allow visitors to organize their stay more efficiently and spend more time enjoying the parks.
Efficient Check-in Process
Disneyland Paris has introduced mobile check-in, enabling hotel guests to start the check-in process up to seven days before their arrival. This saves time and simplifies arrival, as guests no longer need to visit the front desk. This feature is available until the day before arrival and can be easily completed via the mobile app.
Digital Magic Pass
Another highlight of the app is the digital Magic Pass. This QR code contains all essential information, such as Disney® park tickets, meal vouchers, and parking permits. However, guests who book their stay less than three days before arrival must visit the front desk to activate the Magic Pass and collect their tickets.
Digital Keys for Hotel Rooms
For guests of the Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel and the Disneyland® Hotel, the app offers a digital key feature that allows access to hotel rooms and common areas via smartphone. To use this service, Bluetooth and location services must be enabled. Some older phone models may not be compatible.
Convenient and Optional Usage
These new digital services aim to simplify guests' stays and maximize their time in the parks. Despite these digital innovations, the traditional check-in process remains available for guests who prefer it.
