Disneyland Paris has launched an extensive recruitment campaign to hire 7,000 new employees by March 2025. The positions available include roles in gastronomy, hospitality, entertainment, and technical services. The campaign features a Europe-wide tour, during which Disneyland Paris teams will visit several cities to engage with potential candidates directly.

Recruitment Campaign in France, Spain, and Italy

As part of the campaign running until March 2025, Disneyland Paris will visit five cities in France and one each in Spain and Italy. The official launch of the tour took place on September 16 in Lille, with the final stop scheduled for March 4 in Montpellier. In between, the recruitment teams will also visit Seville, Naples, Marseille, Lyon, and Tours. Disneyland Paris is targeting a wide range of candidates across multiple professions to support the increasing visitor numbers and ongoing projects at the park.

Online Applications and Interviews in Chessy

Candidates unable to attend the physical recruitment events have the opportunity to apply online throughout the year via the company's website (www.careers.disneylandparis.com). Additionally, video conference interviews are being offered to provide maximum flexibility for applicants. In-person interviews are also available at Disneyland Paris in Chessy. All interviews will be conducted in French, though English proficiency may be required for certain positions.

Strengthening the Team for Key Seasons and Expansion Projects

Disneyland Paris aims to bolster its workforce, particularly in preparation for the upcoming peak seasons, such as Christmas and the summer of 2025. In addition, the recruitment campaign will support major transformation projects within the resort, including the expansion of Walt Disney Studios and the renewal of Disney Village. As Europe’s leading tourist destination and the largest private employer in the Seine-et-Marne region, Disneyland Paris currently employs over 18,000 people across more than 500 different professions.
